If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the economic intent.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer is limited in time or subject to special conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
The offer is non-binding. The merchant may change or adjust the offer at any time.
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.
Each offer contains information enabling the customer to clearly identify associated rights and obligations (price, delivery terms, return policy, validity period, etc.).
Article 5 – The Contract
Subject to Article 4, the contract is concluded once the customer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions contained therein.
If the customer accepts the offer electronically, the merchant will promptly confirm receipt of the acceptance by email. Until this confirmation is sent, the customer may withdraw from the contract.
The merchant takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.
The merchant may, as legally permitted, check whether the customer is able to meet payment obligations. For justified reasons, the merchant may reject an order or impose special conditions.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The merchant voluntarily grants customers a 30-day right of withdrawal.
During this period, the customer must handle the product and packaging with care. In the event of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and original packaging.
Notice of withdrawal must be made in writing (email or letter). The return must be sent within 30 days of this notice. The customer must keep proof of shipment.
After the withdrawal period has expired, withdrawal is excluded.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, including any customs or import duties.
Payments already made will be refunded to the customer within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment.

Article 9 – Price
During the validity of the offer, prices will not be increased, except for statutory adjustments (e.g., VAT).
All prices include Swiss VAT but exclude any customs or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
The merchant reserves the right to correct printing or typographical errors.
Article 10 – Warranty
The merchant guarantees that delivered products and services comply with the contract.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
The warranty does not apply in cases of improper use, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
The merchant aims to fulfill orders within 30 days. In the event of delays, the customer will be informed and may withdraw from the contract free of charge.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once delivery has been made.
Article 12 – Fixed-Term Contracts
Indefinite contracts can be terminated by the customer at any time with a notice period of up to one month.
Fixed-term contracts end automatically at the end of the agreed period.
Contracts longer than one year can be terminated after one year with a notice period of up to one month.
Article 13 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid within 7 business days of contract conclusion or receipt of confirmation.
The customer must immediately report errors in payment data.
In the event of late payment, the merchant may charge reminder fees as legally permitted.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the defect occurring and must include detailed information.
The merchant will respond within 30 days. If longer processing time is required, the customer will be informed.
Filing a complaint does not release the customer from the obligation to pay.
Article 15 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These contracts are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zürich, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
